Shipment, Delivery and Returns

Almost all the products are always available in stock and they are shipped within 24/ 48  hours from order receiving and from payment. In case of missing stock, the buyer is immediately informed on delivery time of the placed order.

IMPORTANT: The forwarder makes the delivery without advance notice. If the consegnee is absent or if the address is wrong, he tries again the delivery the next day.If also this attempt is void , CENTRO OTTICO SCAUZILLO will provide to contact the buyer through the supplied referrings. ( Phone, mobile, email), to agree on delivery terms. We seggest to attentively verify the data supplied and to be sure of presence of someone who can be present at the withdrawal moment. 

IMPORTANT: When delivering the goods by the forwarder, the Customer must check: 

a) that number of box delivered corresponds to what is indicated in invoice;

b) that packaging is intact, not damaged.

In case of any external damages or of missing correspondance of box number, they have to be immediately contested to forwarder that  makes the delivery, by writing " withdraval with reservation" on the delivery note , and immediatel reported to CENTRO OTTICO SCAUZILLO.The shipment expenses are at charge of the Customer and are explicitely underlined in the summary of insertion.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on availability in stock of the goods. In every case it is important to examine, in the product sheet, the immediate availability of the goods in stock; in case of missing availability it is always possible to order the product, possible availability in 9 working days maximum. In case of unforeseen delay , the Customer will immediately be contacted.

Order cancellation

The orders placed through this web site are committal, and can be cancelled only if the goods is not sent yet , through written communication via email. In case the order has been already sent, the Customer will have the right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal and Returns

The sale made through this web site allows the right of withdrawal within 10 days from goods reception. In case that the Customer wants to apply the right of withdrawal, he has to sent written communication via email to address info@otticascauzillo.com,to confirm through registered letter to be sent to: 
 CENTRO OTTICO SCAUZILLO, Piazza Plebiscito, 26 - 83031 - Ariano Irpino - AV 

containing demonstration of willingness of use the right of withdrawal, indication of the product ot give back, number of invoice( if issued) personal information, modality through which you wish to be given back the sum owed. To obtain the refund of the sum of money, within 10 days from goods receiving, the customer shall send back to the society CENTRO OTTICO SCAUZILLO  to his expenses, and, on no account , on CASH ON DELIVERY or on ASSIGNED PORT, the product upon which he wants to have the right of withdrawal, in the same PACKAGING CONDITIONS in which it has been sent, NOT USED and INTACT IN EACH PART.

If all these conditions are sadisfied, we will refund the amount of the product. The shipping costs are both always charged to the customer
