Acceptation of order

The order cannot be accepted if it is ordered material that is not available.

The goods ordered is not set apart if the order is not completely acceptable; if goods is totally availble it is enough to wait and your order will be accepted.

Once that the order is accepted, how much time do I have at my disposal to pay?

The goods are set apart for 7 days, in the end of which the order will be considered void without any communication by Centro Ottica Scauzillo

 

Payment orders with shipment

Indicate in the object the order number that you are paying. After having arranged a bank transfer, you can indicate this to us by using the procedure that you will find on the site in section orders, once having access with your user account.

 

In case of problems with this procedure, you can send a screening of the occurred payment or a screening of the receipt, to the email address info@otticascauzillo.com or via fax to the number 0825 872834.

Credit card

You can proceed to the payment thanks to the authomatic process when you are about to purchase through cart. It is not necessary to communicate the payment done, to the staff, the package will be soon sent to the destination specified in your profile when you place the order.

Shipments

Where can I change the destination for the shipment of my order?

To specify a destination where you wantyour orders to be shipped, it is enough to go on your profile and set the desired address in "Addresses" section.

 

How long could take, in average ,the goods to arrive?

 

The time necessary for delivery changes from forwarder to forwarder. For more information on forwarders to whom we rely on, visit the section  shipment and delivery
